Fact-finding visit by Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramunt, PACE co-rapporteurs for the monitoring of obligations and commitments by Azerbaijan. A press conference is scheduled at the Council of Europe office in Baku (39-41 Boyuk Gala Street, Icheri Sheher) on Wednesday 1 February at 6.30 pm.
