Mexico also holds observer status with the Parliamentary Assembly since 4 November 1999 and is represented by a delegation of six members.

• the Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Information on Foreign Law
• the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons
• the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters
• the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption
• the Protocol amending the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters

Mexico takes part:

• as a full member, in the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) since 3 February 2010

Mexico has observer status with:

• the Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures and the Financing of Terrorism (MONEYVAL)
• the European Steering Committee for Youth (CDEJ)
• the European Convention on Spectator Violence and the Anti-Doping Convention

Mexico also regularly observes meetings of the Steering Committee on Bioethics (CDBI).
