The Forum is an event organised in the context of the partnership covenant between the Council of Europe and the City of Strasbourg. The French Government, the Regional Council of Alsace and the Conseil Général du Bas-Rhin have also lent their support, thus channelling every possible synergy into the Forum and giving it the necessary political, financial, human and logistic resources.
