[06/10/2010 15:30:00] Speaking at a Parliamentary Assembly ceremony to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the European Convention on Human Rights on 6 October, Jean-Paul Costa, president of the European Court of Human Rights, said hat the Assembly – then called consultative – was a driving force in the drafting of the Convention and in the creation of the Strasbourg Court.
