Apolonio Ruiz Ligero: ''Council of Europe Bank with a social vocation''

[06/10/2010 15:30:00] Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) Vice-Governor stressed on October 6th, at PACE, the role of the oldest pan-European financial institution set up in 1956. Former Spanish Secretary of State for Commerce and External Trade marked three sectoral lines of action for the Bank: strengthening social integration, managing the environment, and supporting public infrastructure with a social vocation.
