1 June, Innsbruck (Austria)
Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities (Congress) will organise a conference on local and regional democracy in Europe.

1 June, Paris
The PACE Committee on Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons will hold an exchange of views with France’s Controller-General for Places of Deprivation of Liberty. Moroccan MPs will take part in an exchange of views on co-operation with non-European countries of origin and transit. Three reports should be approved.

 3-7 June, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Co-rapporteurs for the monitoring of Bosnia and Herzegovina of PACE will make a fact-finding visit to the country.

Conference on cybercriminality
More than 120 countries are cooperating with the Council of Europe to reinforce their legislation and capacity to address cybercrime, many of them as part of the Cybercrime Convention.
Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland will open the Conference. Deputy Secretary General, Maud de Boer-Buquicchio will close the conference.

The European Court of Human Rights will deliver a Grand Chamber judgment, in the case of Kurić and Others v. Slovenia (3:30 p.m). The case concerned the applicants’ complaints that they had been arbitrarily deprived of their status as permanent residents after Slovenia declared independence in 1991. They have faced almost 20 years of extreme hardship and belong to a group of people known as the “erased”.
